Inconsistent product

I have been using this amazing product for a while now, but each time the consistency of the product is different. One batch of cream is thin, the next is thick, and currently it's super runny. It still works as a moisturizer, but the consistency is not so ideal.

Also, thank you for your feedback. We do strive for exceptional quality products and feedback like this helps us achieve that.

Due to the all-natural ingredients, a small amount of inconsistency is to be expected. Having said that the product should be so dramatically different from one batch to the next.

We will take this up with our cosmetics producer to ensure that future batches are more consistent.

Still happy

A while ago I would have given this product 5 stars, but something in the ingredients has changed in the meantime giving it a different smell and texture. It's also much ticker than it used to be. But besides that I'm still happy with the cream and would recommend it.

Finest moisturizer

Absolutely love this moisturizer, not only does my skin like it but the smell is heavenly. Will buy it again but hopefully in a bigger tub!
Will buy a body lotion with the discount voucher ! And perhaps some more other things! ...
